What is a HICT workout & how does it work?

High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT) is a method of training that involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout, alternating upper and lower body moves as well as high intensity and lower intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that offers better weight loss results in less time allowing you to BURN FAT FASTER!!

What can you expect from purchasing the Super Girlz HICT program?

  • 18 different workouts — 90 different exercises are used!
  • All workouts are 30 minutes long
  • All workouts are full body workouts
  • Descriptions of all 90 exercises
  • Sample training schedule
  • This program is a 3 day weekly commitment
  • Great cross training program that gives you plenty of time to do other workouts you enjoy…or to train for that race you’ve had your eye on.
  • This is a 12 week program geared toward the self motivated exerciser.
  • This is not a custom program but there are modifications for every exercise in every workout.
  • Weekly weight & measurement check ins for 12 weeks
