The SUPER GIRLZ BOOT CAMP is an 8 week Circuit Training Boot Camp At Home Workout Program.

This program is a circuit training workout done with Boot Camp exercises. It’s perfect for the at home exerciser looking to get that Boot Camp experience at home. You will need to be self motivated to push yourself in this program. Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. It is great for general fitness and caters for a wide variety of fitness levels. It’s also a great time saver. It can be a refreshing and fun change from the more monotonous types of exercise. A circuit session consists of a series of exercises performed in succession with minimal rest intervals in between. This will keep your heart rate up & your body burning calories.

All of the SUPER GIRLZ BOOT CAMP workouts are full body circuit workouts & are broken into 2 different fitness programs. (Fitness levels described below) NOTE–This is NOT a personalized plan. There are two different levels of this boot camp that will allow you to start where you are in your fitness journey.

Beginner 1 & 2~ 1- No previous exercise experience or 2- You have had some cardio or weight training experience with in the last 3 months.

Intermediate & Advanced~ Workout on a regular basis or exercisers looking to increase your fitness intensity.

When you order the SUPER GIRLZ BOOT CAMP program you will receive the 8 week program for your fitness level. Your program will include…

* 4 Boot Camp workouts that will rotate
* An 8 week training schedule
* Exercise descriptions for all exercises in your program
* Weekly weight & measurement check ins (EVERY FRIDAY for 8 weeks)
* Daily support via text, email or other social media outlets
