Online Group Training is perfect for those who want to work with a personal trainer, but have limited time &/or budget. This group will focus on fitness & accountability but will also include diet support because you can’t change your body by fitness alone. This type of training is for someone who is motivated to change but needs extra support to stick with their goals. You will be responsible for your own success. I can & will help you as much as possible, but in the end YOU are in control. ~Staci
ONLINE GROUP TRAINING includes:
- A PRIVATE Facebook Group page ONLY for my SUPER GIRLZ personal training clients. (If you have a group of people you would like to train with exclusively please let me know & we can make that happen. A group should include at least 4 women.
