High Intensity Interval Training workouts are workouts that will keep you burning fat long after the workout is done. These workouts I created for you to do at home. Follow the directions on the workouts.

 

*Remember to WARM UP before & COOL DOWN after ALL workouts*


Workout 1 ~ 1 min WORK – 20 sec REST for 3 ROUNDS! 

In these High Intensity Interval Training workouts WORK (perform the exercise) for 1 minute & REST for 20 seconds & then WORK again for 1 minute, REST for 2o second for the full workout.

  • Jump Rope
  • Plie Squat Jumps
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • High Knees
  • Speed Skaters
  • Sumo Burpees
  • Jumping Jacks
