This challenge will focus on being consistent with your fitness routine. You can do ANY cardio, strength training, yoga/pilates or stretching workout you enjoy. Focus on challenging your current fitness level & become consistent with your efforts to become healthier. 

If you need workout ideas please go back to the top & hover over the consistency challenge tab that brought you here. You will see 8 more workout categories pop up. I have given you full workouts to complete this challenge if you need ideas. There are HIIT, Tabata, Boot Camp, Strength Training (full body, upper body & lower body), Abs & yoga/pilates/stretching workouts available. I will be adding more workouts as the month goes on. Keep Checking back.

*As with all workout programs remember to WARM UP before
& COOL DOWN after ALL workouts*
